How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number.

How do I track my order?
You can use the tracking number included in your shipment notification e-mail to track the location of your package using the UPS website.

When will my card be charged?
At the time your order is placed.

Is it safe to order from your site?
Yes! Using your credit card at SkinCareLogic.com is safe because we use highly advanced technology to ensure that your information remains secure. We protect your online order and personal information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. All the data that travels between your computer and our servers is SSL encrypted.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally. For orders in the UK, we highly recommend: Julia Hart!
We ship jane iredale products only to customers within the United States or to customers within such other countries that are not currently serviced by an exclusive jane iredale distributor. Countries that are serviced by an exclusive jane iredale distributor, together with contact information for those distributors, are listed at www.janeiredale.com under the heading "International Distributors".

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free if you spend over $75.00. If your order is under $75.00, shipping is $5.95. Free Shipping codes, when offered, apply only to UPS ground shipping options (not overnight, express, etc.).

Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of deliveries in Texas, which requires an 8.25% sales tax.

Can I return my order?
Yes, please read our Return Policy for further details.

Will I receive a full refund for a returned order?
You will receive your money back, less the cost of shipping.

Can I change my order?
If you need to make a change to an order once it's been placed on the site contact our customer service department at CustomerService@SkinCareLogic.com

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and P.O. Boxes?
Orders from Hawaii and Alaska must be phoned-in (877.595.6442), and will incur full UPS shipping charges. We will also ship to P.O. Boxes, but these orders must also be phoned-in, as they will be shipped USPS. Thank you for your cooperation!

I have a Promotion Code…where do I enter it?
During the checkout process you will be asked to enter a Promotion Code if you have one.  Enter the code, then click 're-calculate' to update your total due. 

How can I receive a Promotion Code?
We distribute codes through various promotional events. Please sign-up for our newsletter to receive occasional discounts and updates! You may also visit the Dermalogica Discount Codes and Specials page

What if an item is missing from my shipment?
Please log-in toy your account to ensure that all items have shipped. If so, please contact us with your order number and missing item.

Can I request specific samples for my order?
While you are welcome to make a request note while placing your order, we cannot make any guarantees. We pride ourselves on Customer Service, and will make every effort to meet your request.

Products
Are you an authorized Dermalogica retailer?
Yes! We are an authorized retailer, you can visit our location in Allen, Texas. We also attend classes with Dermalogica at the International Dermal Institute in order to provide you with current and factual information.

How do I know which products to choose?
Please use our Education Center, product descriptions and online Face Mapping® to help determine product choice. If you still have questions, a Dermalogica trained therapist is available to help! Please contact us.
