  10. All products are subject to availability. We try to keep all products in stock, but occassionally may experience a backorder. We do our best to ship your products as quickly as possible!

  12. If you experience any itching, burning, scaling, flaking or any unusual side effect when using our products (or any product), please discontinue use and contact your physician.
  13. No warranties are expressed or implied by Skin Care Logic in regards to products or information on this site. There will be no warranties of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose.
  14. Jurisdiction and Venue: Parties agree that sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any and all disputes with Skin Care Logic LLC shall be held in the Collin County, Texas. All parties hereto consent to personal jurisdiction of Texas courts.
  15. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Skin Care Logic LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, partners and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys’ reasonable fees) related to your violation of this agreement.
  16. Dispute Resolution: All disputes, controversies and claims shall be settled by binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.
  17. We make every effort to keep our site accurate, but product pictures are not guaranteed to always match the current products, which may be new or updated.
  18. Skin Care Logic does have a Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy, but this should not in any way be perceived as a warranty for any products.
  19. You agree to receive our monthly newsletter with discounts, news and information when you make a purchase with Skin Care Logic LLC. You have the right to unsubscribe at anytime by selecting the "opt out" option on the newsletter.
  20. Skin Care Logic is not responsible for packages once the shipping carrier confirms as "delivered." The buyer assumes responsibility for properly receiving all shipments.
  21. Skin Care Logic does not assume responsibility or liability for web sites linked “to” and/or “from” our site.
  22. Any use of this website and/or its contents (including copying in whole or part), other than for your own, personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without permission. You may not delete, modify or post anything for any purpose.

Shipping Policies

  1. We can only ship within the United States
  2. UPS Ground Shipping is $5.95 for orders under $75.00
  3. Orders over $75.00 receive free Ground Shipping
  4. Express Shipping (2-4 day delivery time) is $24.95

Return Policies

  1. If you are unhappy with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Please contact us at 1-877-595-6442, or at customerservice@skincarelogic.com if you would like to speak with a representative.
  3. You will receive a full refund, less the shipping charge.
  4. If you enjoyed benefited from free shipping, Skin Care Logic LLC reserves the right to refund the cost of your product, minus delivery costs we incurred from shipping the product to you.
  5. Please return your products with all original pieces and printed materials.
  6. Fill out the enclosed form for returns/exchanges.
  7. We are not responsible for return shipping.
  8. We ask that you return products that have not been used, or only a minimal amount has been used. Thank you for your understanding.
  9. If your items are damaged, please document if your order was over $100.00. You may take pictures, or send the damaged packaging back for review. Please make these claims within 7 days of receiving damaged items.
  10. Please allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to process.
